Bibliotherapy sessions must be pre-booked so that our booksellers can dedicate time to you.
You will be sent a questionnaire before your session, and arrange a date to have 30 minutes one-to-one time with a bookseller, over a cuppa. You will leave with a tote bag, a list of recommendations, 1 hardback and 1 paperback book
